We only started with jessi-ann a few months ago, but due to the government shutdown (no pay and no benefits), we had to let her know that regrettably we had to stop tutoring sessions until we can get back on our feet, and who knows when that will be. Jessi-ann replied with the nicest, most caring response ever. She stated she fully understood and said we should not feel bad. The shutdown is out of all of our control and was affecting so many of us. But then, came the paragraph that shows exactly what type of person she is. She went on to say that she knows how much our child is struggling (they are well behind and it's only getting harder) and she didn't want to see the shutdown have a negative effect on learning. So, she offered us several free sessions to get us through this period. THAT is someone who cares!! We can't even express how grateful we are and highly recommend her to everyone!
